Day 274- Nutrition Bite

When it comes to improving diet and setting New Year's resolutions, set realistic goals. When you set unrealistic goals, it is difficult to attain them and you become discouraged. However, realistic goals are easier to attain. Baby steps are a key to goal setting. Set short term and long term goals that are attainable this year!

Sugar Preacher's Experience

The 365 day detox is almost coming to an end. I survived Christmas with minimal sugar. I did splurge a bit on Christmas day. Yesterday, I was at a wedding and had a tiny bit of jello salad at the Lion House but resisted the carrot cake. My goal of not eating sugar has been successful. I no longer have cravings for sweets and learned that I can live without them. As you attain one goal, you create success and are ready to accomplish another one.
