Since ancient times goji berries, also known as wolfberry, gou qi zi, and lycium barbarum have been revered by herbalists in China, Tibet, and India. the goji berry has the ability to boost the immune system, improve sexual function and fertility, enhance circulation, and promote longevity. A recent study finds that drinking goji berry juice for 14 days improves sleep quality, gastrointestinal function, mental ability and well-being compared with a placebo. Today the berries are enjoyed around the world for their unique taste and healing powers. See link for more details

Sugar Preacher's Experience
Today, I had a friend who introduced me to goji berries. We bought a large bag of goji berries at the Asian store. We ate them plain, and then we made a goji berry tea. The berries were a combination of sour and sweet, but a sweeter taste when cooked. I was really happy with my new goji find. Wahoo!!
