Day 236-Nutritional Bite

Enjoy natural sugars and whole grains! Once you quit sugar, fruits and whole grain are enough to satisfy sugar cravings. Sweeteners only prolong the sugar addiction. Sweeteners are like using Methadone to quit a narcotic addiction.

Sugar Preacher’s Experience

Tonight I made a birthday cake for a friend and used a fructose sugar substitute. After eating the cake, I felt a high and then a low because fructose substitute increased my blood sugar levels. The reaction was similar to eating sucrose; my appetite was also increased. In the future I'm sticking with fruit for a natural sweet!!
