Sugar Preacher's Experience
Yesterday, I attended a bread making class. The instructors used honey and fructose in the bread recipes because of the low glycemic index. I decided to buy some fructose sugar and incorporate it into a few recipes. The fructose sugar looks very similar to sucrose sugar except the white crystals are slightly larger. I'm going to experiment with the product this weekend, and I'll let you know the outcome.
