Day 200- Nutrition Bite

"Eat To Live" focuses on two primary objectives-- weight loss and optimal health. These goals are also accomplished by consuming high nutrient-dense foods such as vegetables, fruits, and legumes. The goals are further accomplished by limiting low nutrient, dense foods such as meat, dairy and processed foods. This diet is also research-based showing strong correlations between low consumption of these foods and low rates of obesity, cancer, and other diseases . See Dr. Fuhrman's website for more information. http://www.drfuhrman.com/

Sugar Preacher's Experience

Once you have eliminated the sugar addiction, experimenting with different diets becomes easier because most diets don't allow refined sugars! I have been following this diet for over a week and feel great! I have been experimenting with new vegetables such as bok choy, kale, and collard greens. Also, salads are becoming my new staple food by eating two a day. I have never eaten so many greens in my life and even for breakfast!! Yum!!
