Day 177- Nutrition Bite

Give your kids a day or two to enjoy the Halloween candy, and then throw the rest away or give it away. Many people think this is wasteful. However, if your child has difficulty controlling his candy consumption, this may be what you need to do. Another idea is to take the remaining candy to work or group meetings. Hopefully, adults will have control over candy consumption.

Sugar Preacher's Experience
The night before I started the sugar shun, I visited the candy store and bought one each of my favorite candies. I knew it would be feast and famine. I finally have control over my sugar intake, and it is no longer controlling me. The suggestions above are great! Control your child's sugar intake!!
