Curried Lentil Salad

2 cups sprouted lentils
1/2 cup  chopped onion or green onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp.  Braggs
1 Tbs.  lemon juice
1 tsp.  curry powder (or to taste)

Mix lentils, onion, garlic together. In a cup, whisk Braggs, lemon juice and curry. Pour over lentisl and stir to coat.  Makes a great filling for a bell pepper.
