Muesli Breakfast Bars

2 1/2 C. Oats
1/2 C. Soy flour
1/2 C Fat Free Dry Milk
1/2 C. Toasted Wheat Germ
1/2 C. Sliced Almonds, toasted
1/2 C. Dried Apples, Chopped
1/2 C. Raisins
1/2 t. Salt
1 C. Honey
1/2 C. Peanut Butter
1 T. Olive Oil
2 t. Vanilla Extract

In saucepan melt (don't boil): Peanut Butter, Honey and Olive Oil. Add vanilla. Then add to the dry ingredients and mix until combined then pour into a 9x13" pan (sprayed). Cook at 325 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. ENJOY!!
