Day 55-Nutritional Bite

Fruits and vegetables high in potassium will help develop more muscle! In a recent study at Tufts University, scientists found those who consumed more fruits and vegetables with potassium had more muscle. Potassium-rich foods help neutralize the acid that causes muscle break-down as you age.

Cantaloupe contains 494 milligrams of potassium. I'll be eating more cantaloupe and bananas, because I want more lean muscle!
