Stuffed Dates

This incredibly simple, naturally sweet recipe is satisfying and delicious. It's even elegant enough to serve to dinner guests.

Dates (preferably Medjool)
Nut Butter (natural peanut, almond, or cashew)
Whole blanched almonds

Carefully, slit dates with sharp knife and remove pit. Fill slit with about 1/2 teaspoon nut butter. Then gentle press in 1 whole blanched almond.

I do the same thing but I just put 2 walnut or pecan halves in a medjool date and call it good. It is such a great treat.
